STEP 1: Information Request & Initial Consultation

• Customers contact us to receive their "Free Garage Information Package"
• After reviewing the information package and video, the initial consultation appointment is set.
• Learn about the materials of certified Florida Basement®, construction methods, our award winning service, available options and most importantly; how to identify a shabby contractor.
• Site evaluations are discussed and bid information is taken for you OWN custom garage.

STEP 2: Detailed Estimate, Advice & Suggestions

• Review your detached garage proposal. Answer questions.
• Provide feedback in the areas of cost savings, aesthetics and functionality.
• Compare your garage to the 100+ we have built in the past for ideas and suggestions.

STEP 3: Pre-permitting Coordination

• Approve the proposal! Process all construction agreements.
• Coordinate all the permitting puzzle pieces; blueprints, surveys, forms, etc.
• File, submit and monitor your permit as it travels through the building dept.
• Lock-in all the subcontractor bids with subcontractor agreements.

STEP 4: Construction

• Receive your permit and hold your Kick-off Meeting^®
• Coordinate construction to maximize quality & speed while minimizing the disruption to your daily routine & property.

STEP 5: Completion: Putting all the pieces together

• Restore your property to its original condition before construction started.
• Remove all construction related items and signs.
• Provide full lien releases and warranty/operations manuals.
